Cosy Camping Covid 19 Safety Policy
Due to the Coronavirus we have implemented a few changes and procedures following recent government guidelines.

Please let us know immediately if you or anyone in your household/booking have been abroad or to an affected place within 14 days of your arrival date;or
if you or anyone in your household/booking have been in contact with somebody with Coronavirus or if you or anyone in your household/booking have any symptoms.
We would really appreciate your honesty and will do our very best to rebook your stay for another date.
These may change depending on what Boris tells us, as the safety of our Cosy Campers and Cosy Team is our number one priority.
Whilst we are doing everything possible to keep everyone safe, it is important to note that we will be expecting ALL our Cosy Campers to take all necessary measures to observe social distancing and to protect themselves and others at all times. The current Government regulations and advice will apply to everyone Cosy Camping Suffolk.
Anyone not adhering to the guidelines will be politely asked to leave.

We will no longer be excepting any bookings of 6 or more as time due to the Rule of 6, we will be contacting all existing bookings.

 New check-in online before arrival.
 Payments must be made before arrival.
 Check-in times will be prearranged before arrival (between 4pm-7pm) please make sure to adhere to this as best as you can.
 All gates will be open from 9am-7pm; this is to minimise contact with  latches.
 You will only be allowed to drive up to your Pod or Tent Pitch upon arrival to unload and on the day of your departure to pack.
For the rest of your stay you must park in our carpark. No exceptions.
 Hand sanitising stations have been placed around site please use.
 Our reception and shop will be open; however, it will be operated on a one in one out basis. We will serve you any items purchased from the shop.
Please wear a face covering/mask in reception/shop
 We have installed screen protectors in reception and would kindly ask you for contactless or card payments. No cash.
 Shared Facilities will be checked regularly between 9am to 6pm.
 We will close them for a daily deep clean from 2-3 pm.
 Cleaning spray will be supplied for pods and Shared Facilities – ALWAYS use after use, thank you 😊
 All children must be supervised at all times.
 Children must be accompanied by an adult when using Shared Toilets and Showers.
 Washing up Area to be used by only one household at a time.
 Please respect the 2m Social Distance Rule around campsite
 All rubbish must be placed in bin bags taken straight to the wheelie bins – which is now placed at entrance gates. Blue Roll and Hand Sanitiser will be available next to bins. You must made sure you leave your Pod and any communal space you use, clean and tidy.
 Firepits – after use please empty the ash into the Ash Bins and clean the firepit.
 No visitors will be allowed onsite at this time.
 For Pods IMPORTANT –
– when checking out please leave the pod as you found it, see checklist in Pod,
– empty all rubbish into wheelies bins,
– leave window open to ventilate pod,
– strip all sheets and mattress protectors off the beds and place in clear bin bag supplied and tie up,
– spray Dettol Disinfectant Spray as you leave, thank you.

 To comply with and assist the NHS Test and Trace system in place in England, we are required to obtain details of all households attending the site and to hold this information for a minimum of 21 days. In the event of any individual who is, or has been, on site displaying symptoms or contracting Covid-19, we may be asked to provide that information to the NHS Test and Trace team.

Our Cosy team will be monitoring the site, we are doing our best to make your stay safe as stress-free as possible, but this situation is new for all of us, so any feedback is greatly received.
